About Illume Behavior Center
Founded in 2022, Illume Behavior Center is dedicated to making Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services accessible and affordable. The center, owned by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), takes pride in its qualified staff, who are accredited by the Board of Behavior Analysis and extensively trained in ABA methodologies.
The center offers an innovative and evidence-based approach to teaching children with autism and developmental disabilities. By leveraging the principles of ABA, Illume Behavior Center creates nurturing environments that foster learning and empower children to overcome challenges, enabling them to develop greater independence.

About the Founder
Rawan AlRadhwan, the Founder of Illume Behavior Center, is a highly accomplished professional in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and an esteemed Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Advanced Certified Autism Specialist. She obtained her Bachelor's degrees in Biology and Psychology from Drury University and pursued her Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) at Arizona State University.
Rawan's unwavering passion for working with children has been evident throughout her career. It was during her initial volunteer experience in 2009 that she made the resolute decision to dedicate her life to assisting and improving the lives of children.
With a wealth of experience spanning seven years in the ABA field, Rawan has acquired a comprehensive skill set through her work in diverse settings including centers, hospitals, homes, schools, and within the community. Her expertise extends to individuals across a wide age range, from 1.5 to 40 years old. She has refined her abilities in managing severe complex behaviors, gaining valuable experience in the United States of America, Saudi Arabia, and the State of Kuwait.
Rawan has demonstrated exemplary leadership qualities by supervising therapists, BCBA candidates, and therapy teams. Furthermore, she has provided invaluable behavioral support to teachers, specialty therapists, and parents. Her proficient assessment capabilities encompass various domains, including skill assessments, stimuli assessments, preference assessments, and functional behavior assessments. She has effectively crafted and implemented individualized treatment plans, individualized education plans (IEPs), and individualized behavior intervention plans (IBIP). Moreover, Rawan has successfully trained staff members and parents to implement these customized plans, ensuring optimal outcomes for the individuals she serves.
